Pricing · control

Plans that stay clear past the first scroll.

Northwind runs landing experiments without a page builder. This is the long-hero control: story first, pricing later.

What you ship is a folder, not a builder.

Each variant is HTML. A single script tag reports the page view, how far people scroll, which sections enter the viewport, and where they click. Nothing from a form is included.

The point of this control is the distance. Pricing sits below the story on purpose, so scroll depth and section reach can disagree with the shorter variant.

Three things the page is for

Hero

The first screen has to earn the next one. This version spends that screen on the headline.

Proof

Logos and a short story sit between the hero and the plans. Some visits never get past them.

Ask

The trial button is marked data-track="start-trial" so the overview can count it.

A longer middle, on purpose.

Heatmaps need vertical room. This block exists so a visitor who leaves early has a max scroll well below the pricing section, and so viewport time can pile up in the upper bands.

Attention is not mouse movement. The tracker splits visible time across horizontal bands of the document. On the way out it sends each band's share of this visit only.

FAQ

Which variant is this?

control. The script tag sets data-variant="control" and data-exp="pricing-hero-sep".

Do you store what I type?

There is no form on this page. The tracker never reads input values, and the ingest drops anything that looks like an email address.

When do numbers move?

On the next dashboard load. Aggregates update at ingest. You do not rebuild the dashboard.
